Import / export from CAD

You can then add the volumes modeled in SketchUp Pro to the imported photo, resulting in a high-impact, realistic photo result, in which you can even simulate exploration within the model.
The same functionality can be used to furnish or modify an interior environment. That is, you can get the 3D model directly from one of his photographs and then immediately give space to your creativity avoiding the boredom of manual relief.
Professional and interactive table-up
The LayOut module included in SketchUp Pro, specific for the layout and presentation of the project, allows you to easily create highly professional project tables. With LayOut you can automatically create and layout plans, elevations, sections and 3D views. All these works remain connected to the 3D model and are therefore always updated with each change.
Import / export 3D terrain and satellite photos
With SketchUp Pro you can import from satellite images and 3D model of the terrain of the environment in which you need to place your project. The import takes place through OpenStreetMap, but you can also do the opposite, that is, export your 3D model, in KMZ format, to display it in the real context for example on Google Earth. Metric computation
SketchUp Pro automatically produces the metric calculation of the designed 3D model for which it creates a series of tabular reports. You can export detailed lists of each entity in the model complete with all its attributes (name, description, surface, volume, etc.). SketchUp Pro exports these documents to popular formats, such as HTML or CSV, allowing you to import them to Excel or your preferred calculation software. In this way you can proceed to a further subsequent analysis to create estimates, estimates, production lists, purchase orders,etc.
BIM Functionality
SketchUp Pro allows you to attribute the BIM classification to the objects of the project thus allowing the exchange of data with other 3D modeling software. The format adopted is the IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), the BIM data standard created and managed by the BuildingSmart Association for the exchange of information between the software used in the construction world.
